James “Brad” Dill grew up in rural Washington Parish before moving to New Orleans in 1994 to attend Tulane University from whence he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Psychology with a minor in Political Science concentrating in International Relations. After graduation, Brad worked in construction before starting a career with the State of Louisiana as a Probation and Parole Field Agent. After working for the State for over ten years, Brad started law school at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. In addition to studying at Loyola, over the summers, he studied at Eötvös Loránd Law School in Budapest, Hungary and at the University of Vienna in Austria. After graduating from Loyola in 2012, Brad passed the Louisiana Bar Examination that summer and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana.
Immediately after being admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana, Brad operated his own law practice covering areas of law such as estate planning, business formation, contracts, criminal law, and accident-injury law. Brad joined Workers’ Compensation, L.L.C. in 2015.
Brad borrows from his past experiences in understanding the difficulties many clients experience after being injured and aggressively helps prosecute their claims.
